The Engineering Consultant Bureau (ENCB) is the professional outreach arm of the College of Engineering (CENG) at the University of Duhok (UOD). Established in 1996, ENCB is committed to delivering high-quality consultancy services in engineering, financial planning, project management, and feasibility studies to governmental bodies, private sectors, NGOs, and international organizations.
